Margaret Cunningham AM generously announced the Foundation’s commitment of $1 million over five years to establish the Margaret Cunningham Nursing Leadership Academy.

In 2023-2024 this grant made possible:
• Four intensive coaching courses held for current and future nursing leaders
• Five senior nursing leaders received specialised individual leadership coaching
• Two nurses were supported to attend International Practice Development School
• A cohort of nurses were selected to attend conferences, for example:

– National Health Workforce Summit
• 48 nursing leaders were supported to attend a 2-day Nursing Leadership course
